Thanks for reaching out. We'll reply to within a day or two.
Response times
One founder reads every ticket, so answers come from a human — not a template. Here's what to expect:
- Within 1 business day — most questions about billing, your account, or getting started.
- 1–2 business days — bug reports and anything that needs a closer look.
- Feature requests — you'll get a reply confirming we've logged it; shipping timelines live on the roadmap.
Support hours are Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm CT. Weekend messages get picked up Monday morning.
What to include in your ticket
The faster we can reproduce what you're seeing, the faster we can fix it. A good ticket usually has:
- What happened — the action you took and what you expected instead.
- Your OS and app version — e.g. macOS 14.4, Real Soon 1.2.3. Find the version in the app menu.
- When it started — after an update, a restart, or out of nowhere?
- A screenshot or short screen recording — worth a thousand words for UI issues.
- Your account email — so we can look up your plan and recent activity.
Real Soon never uploads screenshots from your machine. If you want to share one, attach it when you reply to our email.
Frequently asked questions
On the sign-in screen, click "Forgot password" and we'll email you a reset link. The link is good for 1 hour. If the email doesn't show up, check spam first, then send us a ticket with the email address on your account and we'll reset it manually.
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe, and you can cancel any time from your account settings. If something went sideways within the first 14 days of a new subscription, email support@realsoon.app and we'll refund it — no forms, no hoops. See pricing for the full breakdown.
Real Soon runs on macOS 12 Monterey and newer (Apple Silicon + Intel) and Windows 10/11. A Linux build isn't on the near-term roadmap — if you'd use one, let us know so we can gauge demand. Mobile companion apps are tracked on the roadmap.
Because you'll forget to start the timer. Every time. Real Soon runs in the background and tracks everything automatically — no buttons, no timers, no "oh wait, I forgot to log that." AI handles the categorizing so you just get a clean breakdown at the end of the day.
Nope. Install it, set up your projects, and forget about it. Real Soon watches which apps you use and automatically sorts your time into the right buckets. You can ask the AI chat questions like "how much time did I spend on client work today?" whenever you're curious.
Anyone who works on a computer and wants to know where their time actually goes. Freelancers who need to bill clients, founders juggling ten things, remote workers who want to stay honest with themselves — if you've ever wondered "where did the day go?", this is for you.
There's a free Starter plan that lets you try everything out — no credit card, no time limit. When you want more credits and AI queries, paid plans start at a few bucks a month. Check out pricing for the full breakdown.
All of them. Real Soon tracks time at the OS level, so it works with whatever you're using — Figma, VS Code, Chrome, Slack, Notion, you name it. No integrations to set up, no plugins to install.
Email support@realsoon.app or use the form at the top of this page. Right now it's just the founder reading and replying to every message — so you'll get a real answer, not a bot.
