Our goal is to help you understand how you spend your time, so you can make better decisions and stay focused on what matters most. To use Real Soon, you need to create an account either with an email and password or through Google sign-in. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to open an account. You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You may maintain multiple accounts if you’d like—for example, one for personal use and another for work—but each account must be tied to a unique email address.
Some features of Real Soon are free, while others require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis and will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. If you cancel, you’ll retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period. We generally do not issue refunds except where required by law. We may change our pricing from time to time, but if we do, we will give you notice before any new prices take effect.
Real Soon allows you to create and store your own content, such as notes, time logs, and project information. You always retain ownership of this content. By using the service, you grant Real Soon a limited license to process, display, and otherwise use your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your content, and you are free to export or delete it at any time.
We use your data to operate and improve Real Soon. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. If our practices change in the future, we will update our Privacy Policy and notify you in advance. For details about how we handle personal data, please review our Privacy Policy.
You agree to use Real Soon responsibly and lawfully. That means you may not attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our systems; you may not spam or overload the service; and you may not use Real Soon’s AI tools or APIs for unrelated or abusive purposes. If we believe you’ve violated these rules, we may suspend or close your account.
Real Soon is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work hard to keep the service running smoothly, we cannot promise that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Real Soon LLC will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are significant, we will provide you with notice, for example by email or through the app. You may stop using Real Soon at any time, and you may request to delete your account along with your data. We may also suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Real Soon LLC is registered.
