Each plan includes a set amount of automatic tracking time and AI chats per 5-hour window. On the Starter plan you get 1 hour of tracking and 10 AI chats per window; Pro gives you 4 hours and 50 AI chats.
Both reset every 5 hours. Your in-app dashboard always shows your current usage and when it resets.

Automatic tracking will pause until the window resets. Your existing logs, reports, and manually tracked time are never affected. You'll see a notification in the app when you're running low, so you're never caught off guard.
Yes. You can upgrade instantly and your new limits take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is always preserved regardless of plan changes.

The Ultimate and Enterprise plans offer unlimited tracking time and AI chats. However, usage must adhere to our Terms of Service, which prohibit, among other things:
- Abusive usage, such as automatically or programmatically extracting data at scale.
- Sharing your account credentials or making your account available to anyone else.
- Reselling access or using Real Soon to power third-party services.
We have guardrails in place to help prevent misuse and are always working to improve our systems. This may occasionally result in a temporary restriction on your usage — if this happens, we will notify you.
